Study finds HPV from Oral Sex is linked to Throat Cancer

Oral sex increases the risk of transmitting the sexually transmitted human papillomavirus (HPV), suggests a new study conducted by researchers at the Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health. The study of 300 adults found that those infected with HPV who had oral sex with more than six partners were three times more likely to get throat cancer.
