GP2GP patient information leaflet available to download

The Health and Social Care Information Centre has produced a GP2GP information leaflet for practices to distribute to their newly registered patients, and/or for publication on their practice website. The leaflet provides information to new patients about the GP2GP process and their electronic health record, as well as answers to some frequently asked questions. Practices can download ‘Transferring your electcronic health record’ from the GP2GP website.
