Cancer

Chemo Calendar app by Health Monitor Network can track the patient’s symptoms. It captures key symptoms like temperature, tiredness (none/mild/moderate/severe), nausea, vomiting, constipation (last three as number of times). It also tracks blood cell counts including RBC, WBC and platelets. There is a built-in medication reminder where the patient can input their medications, dosing frequency and it also displays weekly medication schedule and tracks medications to be taken, already taken and not taken. In addition, the app also has an events calendar which tracks day to day activity and other notes. The patient can email detailed graphical reports to the doctor/care team directly from the app.
